My son, a big Stars Wars fan, was so excited to get this toy. After about 5 minutes, the limbs fell apart. So you pay money for a piece of junk. Do they make action figures like C3PO that do not fall apart so easily? I recently got my Kaadu&JarJar and I really have to tell you I think this is the worst painted Jar Jar ever and the Kaadu won't stand up on his own! It's lots of fun lying on its side! oh well I completley LOVE the entire rest of the Star Wars line. Let me start by saying I have no children but have been a Star Wars collector since the start.

The game play is simple as you'd expect. Turns consist of rolling the die and moving on the board. The spaces tell the you to draw a new card or fight. The "fighting" involves each player secretly selecting a card from their hand and then revealing them with the higher card winning. Each character also has some "special" cards in their deck that can do various things like drawing extra cards.

Your character's health is shown by six, two-sided tiles that make a picture of the person. If you lose a fight you flip one piece over to the damaged side. Once all six tiles are damaged, you lose.

From a collector's standpoint I'd say you're better off spending your money on the figure packs if you like Galactic Heroes. I think the 2 figures in the game are straight repacks, so nothing new there. The game board does make a nice little are to display your figures though! The other components are decent and seem like they'd stand up to repeated play. I imagine young kids would probably enjoy the game a few times and would play with the figures outside the game.

It could be made into a travel game without needing the board and figures with a little rules revision.Buy Clone Wars Galactic Heroes Obi-Wan!

Well you've got to get this with Jabba's Desert Skiff or there's not much point.

I really don't get the reasoning behind not including any of the figures from the movie on Jabba's Sail Barge. It's like Hasbro think we would rather collect vehicles as if we came across them in a parking garage or somewhere rather than from the scenes in the movie which is the opposite they did with the Indiana Jones Titanium Series where for example the cargo truck has Indy being dragged behind it, Last Crusade blimp escape biplane as with the German motorcycle has Indy and Henry inside.

Anyway this empty barge does sit nicely on the included stand - note not all vehicles come with stands even if it says on the packet they do (see (Sandcrawler) for example. In fact unless your flying it and recreating the scenes from Return of the Jedi you probably will always keep it on the stand. The sails on top are pretty flimsy and if you do play with it won't last long. Also a baby would probably suck them off pretty easy if you're concerned about chocking. It does have the big gun on deck but yeah no character figures.

By the way if you are unfamiliar with this range's type of packaging it is very different to your usual diecast vehicle blister pack. It is a lot stronger and if posted to you would ensure the vehicle reaches you in better condition than the traditional style would. You can open the packet by slitting down the side, top and bottom and open the packaging mummy casket style if you think you may want to be able to sell this later with the packaging intact (although obviously opened but sealed with sticky tape.)

Hasbro has done a great job sculpting this little known character from the "sidelines" in 'Revenge of the Sith'. They could have used another characters body and stuck the old Calamari head on it, but instead they did the right thing and gave us a totally new figure. My son enjoys playing with this; however, it is poorly constructed. The arms easily fall off and must constantly be reattached, and the more times this occurs the plastic will wear so eventually the arms will not stay attached at all. My son has been playing with the Galactic Heroes line for 2 years and was thrilled to get this pack for his birthday. Many figures that were hard/impossible to get are in it. The bounty hunters from the Empire Strikes Back are represented in full as well as Darth V. himself, 2 stormtroopers and a Shadowtrooper, whatever that is.

This is the coolest droid in the whole Star Wars E2 movie and he also has a great figure. This Super Battle droid comes with a very cool exploding action which his upper body explodes in to four pieces he also comes with two different arms that you can change. One of the arms is a big cannon and they other arm is the one that they have in the movie. This is a great figure I have one more thing to say.
