Hasbro continue their series of figures from the animated series The Clone Wars with #22 Magnaguard. Unlike the figures from the parallel The Legacy Collection series, these figures sport a more stylised 'animated' appearance and as such certain body proportions and structures can look a little odd. Despite the animated style, it really works for the droid characters in the series.
The droid has head (rotational and vertical), shoulder (rotational and abductional), elbow (rotational and vertical), forearm (rotational), torso (rotational) and hip (vertical), articulation giving him an average 15 ranges of movement.
It comes armed with a silver tipped grey electrostaff with purple energy effects and a large grey missile launcher which fires the missile at the touch of a button.

My Grandson wanted this for Christmas. He can read and he knows exactly what he wants. I couldn't find this in stores so I looked here. This toy sells for $10.99 in stores like Walmart and Target. I finally found it in Target (though it was the 6th Target we had looked in). I have had this toy for 6 months and I love it. I play with it every day. Don't ever think this toy is not cool.
When you swing it around it looks real. You can't go wrong with this toy.

I've been a big fan of Lucas from the beginning and Hasbro has made excellent, if somewhat exaggerated, images of the Star Wars charactors. I have two Qui-Gon's for my own collection. But this should not be offered as an Episode II figure. Qui-Gon died in Episode I so could not be made into this Episodes figure. Still, ever the collector, if he was packaged as Episode II, I'd REALLY like to have that! Durge with swoop bike is a very durable and detailed figure. First, let's start with Durge. He has 12 (yes 12) points of articulation; he is very detailed (from the fearsome mask to the spiked boots and painted symbols on his armor); and he has two blaster pistols that fit into the two holsters on his waist. Durge's body is very well molded together so you don't have to worry about him coming apart anytime soon. Durge also comes with a blaster rifle and a (folded up) rocket pack. The speeder bike is also durable (although the front wobbles a bit), and it has a great paint job. The lance fits onto the bike but comes off if you hit an object too hard (so just stick it in Durge's hand). Honestly this toy is fantastic. The lights/sounds are great, and the fact that it actually shoots off rockets is that much better. It should come with an extra action figure or two, but it's a ton of fun. I think that the legs could be a bit sturdier, playing with it has a tendency to pop one of the middle legs off. But the back gate that opens (WITH SOUNDS) is awesome.

When I saw these Jawas holding their Christmas presents, I just had to buy them for my brother the Star Wars fan. Turns out their eyes even glow -- one's glow green and the other red. It's just one man's opinon, but I think this toy makes a great Christmas present. YEAH! They finally made an action figure for my favorite Star Wars character! Whenever I watch "Return of the Jedi: Unedited Version" (the new "enhanced" version is not worthy of human eyes), I ALWAYS pause it when it comes to him. You can see him toward the back of the screen at certain points in Jabba's palace. Unless you zoom in it can be difficult to see him. Anyway, I always pause it every time he is distinguishable. Nobody I told about "Squid Face" believed he was really in the movie, I would try to pause the movie for them and point him out, but many were still skeptical. Well! This new toy will show them! Not only is he a real character from the movie, he actually has a name, a background, and is worthy of being made into an action figure! I never knew that my much beloved "Squid Face" was actually an inhabitant of the Planet Mon Calamari named Tessek. He is Jabba's accountant but apparently he doesn't like Jabba very much. I always liked Jabba, but now that I know that my hero Tessek doesn't like him, I guess I can't either. He also needs to have a special tank in the palace because he isn't used to the dry environment. He is so cool! This toy is pretty good, but not really for playing. She has great detail, one of the best in detail so far. She has 3 points of articulation: her hands, arms, and head. If you put her lightsaber in her hands and move them up and down, it looks like she's cutting something in two.
